The theme for Pragyan Crossfire 2016, organised by National Institute of Technology (Trichy) was, “Development sustains pollution: Must we defile to go the extra mile?” Listen to Nawshir Mirza of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, environmental journalist Bahar Dutt, Climate Action Network’s Anoop Poonia, Dr A. Ravindra of Smart Cities India Foundation and Dr. P Chellapandi from BHAVINI (a Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India enterprise) figure out if the environment is doomed.
