Does Prakash Jha Get It Right?
Editor’s Note: This is a compilation of Abhinandan Sekhri’s Twitter review of Satyagraha. He is a trustee of Arvind Kejriwal’s Trust – PCRF – and supports Aam Aadmi Party and was also an active participant in the Jan Lokpal Movement.
Prakash Jha as reported by Firstpost has said that “There’s no connection between Arvind Kejriwal or Anna Hazare and Satyagraha…I find stories and then I tell them. My idea is not to make a political documentary”. Going by the many similarities between the film and the Jan Lokpal movement, this seems far from the truth.
