On Monday morning, October 12, a bunch of Shiv Sena men attacked Sudheendra Kulkarni, the chairman of Observer Research Foundation: they threw black paint on his face and clothes. Shiv Sena has been protesting the launch of the book Neither A Hawk, Nor A Dove by former Pakistan foreign minister Khurshid Mahmud in Mumbai, which is to be moderated by Kulkarni in the evening today.
