When Zakir Naik debated Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

We are sure by now you must have read at least one of the many backgrounders on the controversial Dr Zakir Naik and, so, we don’t need to enlighten you about the man. But here is a gem from history that everyone missed and yours truly would like to present to you: Zakir Naik and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar face off.

In the debate, which is titled “The concept of God in Hinduism and Islam in the light of sacred scriptures”, while Naik talked about what god is according to Quran and Vedas, he also took pot shots at Ravi Shankar’s book Hinduism & Islam, the common thread.
