Hafta 103: Should there be a ban on Jallikattu?

Since the Supreme Court’s ban on Jallikattu, the people of Tamil Nadu have taken to the streets (read beach) to protest against it. On this episode, we have Ramanathan S of The News Minute to joins us and shed some light on the sport and provide context for the protests. On the panel we have Abhinandan Sekhri, Anand Ranganathan, Deepanjana Pal & Manisha Pande who discuss the arrest of Rohith Vemula’s family members and several journalists inside the University of Hyderabad.
