What are we celebrating today?
Some people are spreading a WhatsApp forward claiming it’s Bhagat Singh’s death anniversary today. (They were actually executed on March 23 for those who eschew alternative facts.)
And then there’s some folks spreading the rumour that today is a day for respecting one’s parents, because it’s supposedly Matri Patri pujan diwas.
And finally there are those frantically swiping right on Tinder, eager for a Mr/s Right now chalega okay?:
So, what are we actually celebrating?
For most of us, February 14 marks the middle of the month and just another work day, and if our overlords are reading this, perhaps a samosa.
