BJP Kerala chief calls Sabarimala a ‘golden opportunity’ for the BJP, says opponents ‘fell victim to our agenda’

A video of the Kerala Bharatiya Janata Party President PS Sreedharan Pillai has leaked showing Pillai talking about the “agenda” put forward by the BJP during the Sabarimala agitations. Pillai was speaking at the Kozhikode Yuva Morcha Yogam.

In the video posted by Manorama, Pillai is seeing saying that the temple’s Tantri “said he would close the sanctum sanctorum after consulting with me … It [Sabarimala] was a golden opportunity for the BJP.” Manorama reports Pillai as saying all the BJP’s opponents “fell victim to our agenda”, and “eventually, only we and the government will be left”.
