In this episode of #TVNewsance, we look at how TV news channels reported on protests against #CitizenshipAmendmentAct and #NRC. Many of our dear news anchors decided to focus only on the violence on the part of the protesters and completely ignored the violence unleashed by the Uttar Pradesh Police. Meanwhile, the BJP unleashed an ad campaign “#CoolBano, #FoolNahin” on NRC and CAA. We decided to give it our own spin.
