TV Newsance Episode 88: Maryada and Sanskaar
This week on TV Newsance, we look at Amish Devgan’s misinformation on News18. It appears that news anchors can’t go around their business without adding the Muslim-masjid masala. MDH gets a special mention. Because "masaale khaane main acche lagte hain, news main nahin".
Meanwhile, liquor shops opened across India. This brought out the poet in Ravish Kumar and the sanskari uncle in Sudhir Chaudhary.
Three AP photojournalists won the Pulitzer from Kashmir and Jammu. No prizes for guessing how our "rastravaadi" news anchors felt about it.
