Sansad Watch Ep 3: Papdi chaat and secularism

It's week three of the monsoon session of parliament, and multiple bills were rammed through both houses without debate. Trinamool Congress MP Derek O'Brien described this phenomenon as "making papdi chaat" and upset the folks in government. Meanwhile, the government gave answers to questions on UAPA convictions and phone tapping. We've also got a blast from the past on what Jawaharlal Nehru thought about the word "secularism".
