‘ECI’s action selective’: Activist Anjali Bharadwaj on voter turnout controversy, hate speech
In the ongoing Lok Sabha polls, the election commission has been under fire on multiple fronts – from failing to curb hate speech to not putting out absolute numbers for voter turnout and delay even in the release of voter turnout percentage. Now, journalist associations are also questioning why the poll monitoring body is not holding press conferences after each phase of voting.
