Newsance 278: The Kapoor family dethrones TV anchors, Soros obsession

This week all our favourite TV news anchors were dethroned by none other than the Kapoor family. The Bollywood family fulfilled its dreams of asking many “personal sawals” to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 

Curiously, we also saw a high court judge speak at a VHP meeting, the BJP protect the Quran, and Sushant and Navika win awards for their journalism!

Meanwhile, TV news channels once again doubled down on the BJP’s claims, trying to establish a link between Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and George Soros. On Republic TV, Arnab went a step further and passionately explained how Soros and the “American deep state” were conspiring with the Gandhi family to destabilise the nation.
