Kejriwal’s flower power in Goa

Move over Prime Minister Modi with your outrageous headgears every time you visit a new state. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal just visited Goa and here’s what he looked like:

Notice that Kejriwal said he wants to “start a fight against drugs” once he’s able to stop corruption in Goa.
