Dear Corporates, need a break? Strike a yoga pose.
Corporate offices may soon have yoga breaks to distress their employees, if a suggestion by the Ministry of AYUSH is accepted. According to India Today, the ministry has asked business houses to make “a 30-minute yoga break mandatory” and add it to the daily schedule of their employees.
India Today has quoted Anil Kumar Ganeriwala, Joint Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH, to also state that: “We have invited all corporate houses to participate in Yoga Day this year because employees in the corporate sector face a lot of stress. It will be a good opportunity for them to release their stress with yoga.”
So far only India Today has reported on the issue. *Waiting for #CorporatesForYoga to trend.*
