Chant Hanuman Chalisa daily to tackle rain: BJP leader tells MP farmers
The solution to farmers’ problems is as simple as chanting Hanuman Chalisa every day for an hour, a politician from Madhya Pradesh has said. No points for guessing which party he belongs to.
The recipe to avert disaster has come from the fertile mind of BJP leader Ramesh Saxena, a former MLA from the state’s Sehore, which has been facing untimely rain and hail for some days.
Saxena told farmers that chanting the mantra for five days will rid them of calamities, India Today reported. “Scientists have told us the weather will be bad for the next 4-5 days. There can be hailstorm and heavy rainfall. To prevent such calamity, I suggest Hanuman Chalisa. All farmers are requested to chant it every day,” he was quoted as saying. He further “guaranteed” that “if every village chants Hanuman Chalisa for an hour every day, we can avoid such calamities”.
