NL Interviews: Abhinandan Sekhri in conversation with Chetan Bhagat (Teaser)
In this episode of NL Interviews, host Abhinandan Sekhri speaks to author, columnist and screenwriter Chetan Bhagat on his latest book The Girl in Room 105. He talks about how this book is different from his works, and also about the kind of research that went into writing it.
When Chetan is asked about his political stance, he explains that his outlook towards the world has gradually changed over time and that he isn’t as angry as he used to be a decade ago. Abhinandan then goes on to ask Chetan why he insists on playing the underdog despite his ‘bestseller author’ status?
Chetan then talks about heartbreaks and rejections that he has faced in his romantic life. He says that it was difficult for him to move on and that there should be more dialogue on these topics as rejection is a serious issue faced by youngsters.
