SBI says Aadhaar data misused, UIDAI in denial mode as always
A Times of India report states that officials of the State Bank of India have alleged misuse of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) data. Bank officials informed UIDAI that logins and biometrics of their Aadhaar operators have been misused to generate unauthorised Aadhaar cards. In response, UIDAI has stuck to its age-old line that there has been no security breach and that the Aadhar data is fully secure.
