The Awful and Awesome
Awful and Awesome Ep 212: Friends: The Reunion, Master of None, Mare of Easttown
Talking about the reunion of the TV series Friends.
Abhinandan: Did you like it, Rajyasree Sen?
Rajyasree: I liked it! In fact, I shed a tear here and there also. Maybe I shed tears quite easily when I watch stuff.
Abhinandan: Rajyasree, you shed tears in Ajay Devgan and, what’s his name, Akshay Kumar’s film, so don’t give me that.
Rajyasree: No, don’t lie. Which Ajay Devgan and Akshay Kumar film?
Abhinandan: We’ve discussed this many times on the same podcast. Let's not bore our audience.
Rajyasree: No, I cried in Chennai Express.
Abhinandan: That I can still understand because of Deepika Padukone’s performances are also very moving so.
Rajyasree: (Laughs.)
Abhinandan: But you’ve cried in every film we watched so when you say “I shed a tear” it’s like “I breathe”.
Rajyasree and Abhinandan burst out laughing.
This and a whole lot of other stuff awful and awesome as Abhinandan Sekhri and Rajyasree Sen discuss the reunion of the iconic TV show Friends; web series Mare of Easttown; Season 3 of Master of None; Danish film Another Round; and the new Cred ad.
