The Armed Forces Special Powers Act was back in focus amid a furore over the Nagaland killings, which the Home Minister termed a case of “mistaken identity” in the House. Speaking of errors, a drafting slip-up in the NDPS Act in 2014 was corrected last week in amusing fashion. We have many questions, and some answers for you.
