This week, we bring you TV Newsance from ground zero in Varanasi. In this special episode, we found a live debate being held by our usual suspect, News18’s Amish Devgan, on the ghats of the ancient city.   

We spoke to the people of Varanasi about the news they consume and its source – some watch TV news for the “drama” in debates, while many have switched to digital sources of news and trust YouTubers more. Is the TV media covering people’s issues?
