Ahead of the Haryana assembly polls on October 5, Newslaundry spoke to the students of Kurukshetra University to understand the major issues of the state.
Amid peaking unemployment, many youth are taking the donkey route to foreign countries in lure of higher pay, better lifestyle and opportunities. On the other hand, the farmers have continued their agitation at the Shambhu and Khanauri borders.
The lack of infrastructure, irregular government hiring and corruption are other major issues.
