It’s the season of manifestoes and promises again in Delhi. The Aam Aadmi Party, eyeing another term in power, is trying to assure voters with several programmes, including a controversial announcement about paying a stipend to women under the Mukhya Mantri Mahila Samman Yojana scheme.
In the run-up to the 2020 elections, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal had spoken about 10 guarantees and 28 promises. But how has the party fared on its previous promises?
