Aaj Ka AQI
Feb 10, 2025: What is Delhi’s Municipal Corporation doing to fix the capital’s air?
Today on Aaj Ka AQI, Avdhesh Kumar took stock of Delhi’s air outside the headquarters of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The PM 2.5 levels ranged between 200 and 210, PM 10 between 230 and 240, and the pollution level was officially categorised as ‘serious’.
In December, the Delhi government had said over 84,000 complaints about air pollution were filed through the year via the Green Delhi app. The majority of these complaints were addressed to the MCD.
So, what did the MCD do and did it make a difference?
