March 28, 2025: Delhi’s toxic air taking a toll on children
For this episode of Aaj Ka AQI, Newslaundry visits a government school in South Delhi’s RK Puram. On Friday, PM 2.5 and PM10 levels hovered around 44 outside the school.
While these numbers appear lower than Delhi’s usual pollution figures, they exceed the safe limits prescribed by the World Health Organization. High concentration of pollutants adversely affects the health of school going children, but what is being to check this?
