In this session at #MediaRumble 2019, Sunetra Choudhury, national political editor of Hindustan Times, is in conversation with investigative journalist David Usborne after the screening of Amazon Prime’s docu-series, Free Meek. Free Meek chronicles Meek Mill’s fight for exoneration in his legal case while exposing the broader flaws of the U.S. criminal justice system. 

Sunetra and David discuss the latter’s investigation of Meek’s arrest and the role of journalists in being an active voice for the reclamation of the rights of wrongfully convicted prisoners.
