Feb 3, 2025: Can the finance minister do anything to fix Delhi’s very poor AQI?
For episode 23 of Aaj Ka AQI, Newslaundry went to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s residence at Safdarjung Road on Monday.
Outside the building, the PM 2.5 level hovered around 170 while the air detector pegged PM 10 at around 200. The AQI reading at the nearest station in Delhi was in the ‘very poor’ category.
