Aaj Ka AQI
May 8, 2025: After rain, air quality goes back to being unhealthy
While unseasonal showers in Delhi provided momentary relief to residents from the heat and pollution in the past few days, pollution levels went back to the unhealthy category on Thursday.
A day after the Indian Armed Forces executed Operation Sindoor – the country’s response to the Pahalgam terror attack – Newslaundry reached Raisina Hills, which houses important government buildings, in this episode of Aaj Ka AQI.
The PM 2.5 levels at Raisina Hills was 72, PM 10 was 83 and the AQI was 174, which falls in the unhealthy range.
