Jan 15, 2025: Aaj Ka AQI from women and child development minister’s home
Aaj Ka AQI is a new show aimed at fixing accountability for a solution to India’s air crisis. For episode 16, Newslaundry went to the residence of Annpurna Devi, Kodarma MP and Union Minister of Women and Child Development, on Wednesday.
The AQI reading at the nearest station was 388 or in the ‘very poor’ category. Outside the MP’s home, the PM 2.5 level hovered around 280, while the air detector pegged PM 10 at around 330.
