ContributeNews agency ANI reports that Kashmiri apples with anti-India slogans such as “We want freedom”, “Indian dogs go back” and “Indian pigs go back” written on them were delivered to Sirsa, Haryana, yesterday.
According to Amar Ujala, the apples were discovered in Sirsa’s Raniya Road Sabzi Mandi. The report said that the vendors, instead of selling the produce, threw it into the drain. The source of the apples was being investigated, added the report.
On the other side of the border, the narrative had changed from a few crates of apples in one market to multiple destinations across India. According to JAAG TV (formerly CNBC Pakistan), the apples were “sent from occupied Kashmir to different parts of India carry pro-freedom and anti-India slogans”.
