Meanwhile, Sudhir was busy asking not-so-difficult questions to the WFI chief.
It was Press Freedom Day on May 3. And that got us thinking about how critical is news, and a free press for a democracy – which ranks 161 out of 180 countries in the 2023 Press Freedom Index released by Reporters Without Borders. In this episode, we take a close look at it.
