Two years ago, YS Sharmila formed the YSR Telangana Party. After a failed attempt to join hands with the Congress, Sharmila announced that she would not contest this Telangana election. So why did Sharmila make the decision? Why did she choose to start her political party in Telangana and not Andhra Pradesh?
