Ahead of the assembly polls, Newslaundry and The News Minute hosted a town hall in Hyderabad, attended by voters, senior journalist C Vanaja, activist Sheikh Yusuf Baba, and professor K Laxminarayana. 

We discussed KCR’s attitude towards dissent and protest, what sort of role the BJP might play in the elections, and development since Telangana was formed nine years ago. Yusuf Baba talked about the Muslim community’s aspirations, and voters asked burning questions on the state of education in Telangana.
