ContributeAccording to him, Kerala is facing the worst floods in the past century since it is being “punished because of beef eaters.”
Not only did he say that the natural calamity is a result of the “sins of a section of Keralites from different religions, who were slaughtering cows,” but also urged the government and non-government agencies to not help them.
According to Chakrapani’s logic, beef eaters are “inhuman,” and the floods in Kerala are an act of nature to punish them. “When these inhuman beings will slaughter cows, natural justice is expected to happen. The courts and our legal system has failed to punish them and hence nature is punishing the beef eaters in Kerala.”
Chakrapani went on to repeat the statements one after another on TV channels. Speaking to news agency ANI, he said: “Earlier when they had an option of eating roti, they chose to eat boti (meat). Today, they don’t even have roti to eat.”
On Times Now and India Today, Chakrapani said that beef eaters are “Asura,” and that even innocent people were being punished because of these sinners.
Speaking to Times Now, Chakrapani said, “If you have to help them [beef eaters], take an undertaking that they will not eat beef in future and pay penance for their acts.”
He further said: “I urge all Hindus to only help those who don’t eat beef.”
