An MA in Political Science, got his formal education in Bihar and Delhi. He is an explorer of the ‘absurd’ in vacuous space and time. He writes only by accident as you will find out if you accidentally happen to read his piece. Most likely to: accidentally be paid someday.


AnilCamera Attendant

He's been around since the beginning of Newslaundry. Most likely to: run out of the room if someone says "podcast".



Design and Art Director

Co-founder of Punkha, he earlier worked as a comic book artist & animator at Scoopwhoop. When not trying to finish sketchbooks, he tries his hand out at new recipes. Most likely to: spend weekends gaming.



Executive Editor

Founder member of Tehelka Hindi and Catch Hindi. A reporter to the core, Atul has won the Ramnath Goenka Award for excellence in journalism twice. Most likely to: be found giving gyan to a troll on social media.



Product & Growth Lead

Worked with 350.org, Youth Ki Awaaz and UNEP. UN Awardee. When not devouring stories about energy transition, he aspires to moonlight as a stand-up comedian. Most likely to: convince you to cycle to work.

She's Shila's assistant and looks after the office's cleanliness and food requirements. Most likely to: hum a Bhojpuri song.

When he isn't number-crunching, he pursues photography as a hobby. Most likely to: prepare your cheque.

Twenty-nine years of hands-on experience in newspapers, television and the online media, Raman grew in his career from a roving correspondent to resident editor of leading newspapers. He worked with The Indian Express, The Economic Times, AajTak, Firstpost and DNA. He won the Ramnath Goenka award for Investigative Journalism. Most likely to: say no to arm-chair reporting.

Believes every person has a story to tell and is always up for a conversation/debate. Loves escaping reality by mostly drowning inside a book, eating or just sleeping.

An engineer from NIT who got influenced by Tamasha (the movie) and switched fields to join the news media business. He's a Marvel and DC geek and sometimes (always) makes good puns.

Meghnad is a columnist, public policy professional, podcaster and Youtube creator. He has his own show, Consti-tution, on Newslaundry and is an influencer on Twitter with the handle @memeghnad. He also travels all over the country to conduct civics classes for college students and working professionals under the banner Democracy IRL. His articles have appeared and gone viral on multiple digital content websites. Prior to his current avatar, Meghnad has worked with Members of Parliament across Party lines for 7 years in the capacity of a public policy analyst & research aide.
