Thanks to my expert handling, everyone has completely forgotten the Katju case. Good to see that there is still such a thing as respect for the judiciary.

Madam came for a CPP meeting yesterday at 10 am, and no one was there except me! Served her a cup of tea with biscotti, but she was still depressed. Rahul Baba lightened the atmosphere by smiling continuously. Am inspired by his courage. Don’t worry, Rahul Baba. We will get through this!

Received an article from Priyanka about cryogenics. Apparently human beings can now be frozen artificially, extending their life span by as much as fifty years. This must be what they have done to Karunanidhi. Sounds great. All I’ll have to do is wake up once in a while for press conferences. In fact, if they can prop me up vertically, I may not need to wake up.

During an international competition in China, Sikh basketball players from India were forced to take off their turbans. The Chinese are insulting us, to see how we react. So far, nothing from Modi. He must be busy. Even the SGPC is silent. Am surprised. Usually, they don’t let such things go. I guess it’s a question of priorities. Once they’ve defeated Hooda, I’m sure they will take up the matter.

Such talent we have in Delhi Police! At a recent Raahgiri program sponsored by Times of India, Joint Commissioner Muktesh Chander played the flute. They have become so versatile. Not only do they take 50% of the tickets, now they also provide the entertainment. I was told that one of the other Commissioners is an expert at Bharat Natyam, but he’s feeling a little shy.

Tiny article about Justice Katju on page 10. Yes! Victory is mine!

Madam’s iftaar party was a bittersweet experience, filled with the ghosts of absent friends. No Omar Baba, no Sharad, no Ajit. On the other hand, Laloo and Nitish are brothers again, like Karan and Arjun, but with a happy ending. They sat next to each other throughout, whispering. Plus there was Sharmila Tagore. I’ve been a fan since Kashmir Ki Kali.

Someone has been bugging Gadkari! Who could it be? The Intelligence Bureau? The CIA? The RSS? Kejriwal? Arnab? Apparently the Director, IB will investigate the matter personally, once he’s finished rehearsing for a guitar recital.

Was disturbed to hear that Chinese troops entered Ladakh and pitched tents. Why could we not provide them accommodation? Whatever happened to atithi devo bhava?

Am very concerned about the Ghaziabad Development Authority. Three officers have been caught trying to steal property from none other than the Chief Minister of Uttarkhand. They have got to stop recruiting mental patients.

Justice is marching forward. Steps have been taken in the horrific chapati feeding incident. I had predicted that heads would roll, and dear Prithviraj has taken prompt action. The manager of Maharashtra Sadan has been transferred.

Meanwhile, in West Bengal, the court has ordered the arrest of Tapas Pal. They should take him in quickly, before he removes his wig and goes into hiding.

Natwar Singh has written a book! Astonished. Had no idea he could write.

He has questioned Madam’s sacrifice, while praising Rahul Baba’s sonliness. Confusing. Must wait for reactions to see how I should react.

Madam has reacted. She is unhappy. She also wants to write a book. It makes sense. Everyone else is. Good thing I started early. At some point, I will publish, and the world will know the truth.

If we can keep that Pakistani loose woman from distracting him, Madam’s book will naturally be written by Shashi. But I could think up a title. If I suggest a good title, it could revive my career.

2G Or Not 2G? War and Pizza? Raising Rahul? Sau Din Saas Ke? Yes Men?Anthony and Mr. Batra? Maino Pyar Kiya?

Believe Salman has also joined the rush. His book is called ‘My Life With The Disabled.’

Saw Aamir Khan naked in the newspaper today. I know things are tight, but they should have kept a budget for costumes. Am also worried about the vibration from the two-in-one.

If this trend extends to political ads, I’m retiring.

Lot of drama over Natwar’s book. I’m not surprised. He was always a trouble-maker. War broke out with China just a few years after he went there.

Natwar says Madam is not an Indian. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. Don’t understand why he’s so mad. It was the UN that fingered him, not us. Also, it seems that no major decision in Indian politics in the last thirty years was taken without consulting him. In other words, everything is his fault.

The Voter Only Knocks Twice? The House Of The Rising Son? My Experiments With Pasta?

The police are much more affectionate than they used to be. Just saw a senior UP police officer kissing a murder suspect on the forehead. UP is becoming a softer, gentler place. Mulayam by name, Mulayam by nature.

Moon Moon Sen wore a sleeveless blouse in Parliament. Dazzled. Shashi had to be dragged away.

Am so proud of my colleagues in the service. At first, when Modi came in, they were nervous. Many of them sold their golf clubs. Others bought cows. I could sense panic at parties.

But they have played it very skillfully. Modi wants to make his mark on history, so they’ve convinced him to go international. That’s why he’s always out of the country. There’s a reason why Indian PMs don’t visit Nepal and Bhutan. It’s because they don’t have the time. Meanwhile, the babus are training all the ministers.By the time he realizes, they will be trained to perfection.

The Mummy? The Godmother? The Lord of the Singh?

This is very difficult. I wish I could get some suggestions.
