Twitter has launched a new service that could define how the world consumes news in the future. Called Moments, and launched only in the US as of now, the tool is aimed at helping people stay aware of breaking news without having to follow too many accounts. Primarily designed as a news feature, Twitter plans to tie-up with news organisations as it expands the service to other parts of the world.
