Since 2012, I am religiously following Newslaundry and now can say that I am addicted! My weekend starts on Friday evening while listening to NL hafta on my way back to home from office. Lately, there is often delay in uploading the podcast. Why don’t you have alert emails for the news subscribers, who eagerly awaits the new news/podcasts uploads?

Latest hafta was again informative, amusing, interesting, and full of humor. The one line which outlines the whole NL team, the saying in Dutch: ‘Act normal it’s crazy enough’.  I admire each one of you specially have grown admiration for Manisha. Would you please convey it to her?

The discussion on the censorship/ban of Udta Punjab was too early from your side as it is not confirmed yet that movie is banned. Same is confirmed by Anurag Kashyap as well. I would not have expected from you guys to pick such topic to discuss and spend some good time on it. Same goes for the time spent on Smriti Irani’s interview or tweet, as nothing is new. Saw that, heard that, and discussed that.

I would love to hear little more on the last section of hafta, where recommendations are rendered. This will generate more curiosity for the readers/listeners.

Can I include something off the track remark? Well, I guess I can J…I find Abhinandan simply funny during his interviews, funnier when he asks serious questions. May be it has to do with the arc created by his hair and moustache!!!!

Keep it up the good work and Yes, I am going to pay to keep news free!!

Cheers

Jyoti
