Running is one of the easiest physical activities in which millions of people engage. It brings a big number of benefits to the human body. Doing it on a regular basis means burning calories consumed earlier, and it also helps in maintaining an ideal weight, which is important for lowering risks associated with cardiovascular diseases. One of the best things about running is that you hardly need any gear to do it. There are some really interesting facts about running and the benefits it provides, and here are just some of them:
