Paradkar Smriti Bhawan, a three-storey white building on Maidagin road in Varanasi, also houses the Kashi Patrakar Sangh. It’s not clear how much influence the personality after whom the building is named—Baburao Vishnu Paradkar—has on the seminars, talks and lectures organised here. However, one influence is clear.
