Featuring a picture of a flyover, the ad has Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal congratulating East Delhi.

On January 18 this year, a Times of India report confirmed that the construction of the flyover was running behind by 16 months. This delay was caused by “technical glitches, land acquisition issues, working under the metro line and shifting of high-tension wires”.
Those perusing the newspaper might be glad for Kejriwal government’s gallantry in the face of tech, land and pesky wires. So what if it took him 16 months? He is, after all, going to make Delhi the “best city in the world”, right?
