This recommendation was made by Veena Gowda, who was part of the three-member panel investigating the allegations of sexual harassment against Johri.

According to the DNA report, the session was conducted by a company called “Rainmaker” which specialises in prevention of sexual harassment and raising awareness amongst the employees at a workplace. The counselling lasted for almost two hours, the report stated.

Gowda was the lone dissent voice in the three-member committee. The other members included Justice Rakesh Sharma (Retd) and Barkha Singh. In the report submitted to the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators, Gowda had stated that Johri’s conduct had been “unprofessional and inappropriate”.
