A statement from the Secretary General of the Supreme Court of India said the report would not be made public.

On April 30, the complainant had issued a press release stating she would not participate in the proceedings of the committee due to her “serious concerns and reservations”, and that she had found it “exceedingly traumatic and difficult” to participate in the proceedings without even the presence of her lawyer. The complainant, a former staffer at the Supreme Court of India, sent an affidavit detailing her alleged plight to 22 SC judges on April 19.
