In this episode, host Snigdha Sharma is joined by Newslaundry’s Prateek Goyal and Basant Kumar, along with independent journalist Anumeha Yadav. The panel, through the length of the podcast, discuss several aspects of the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

Anumeha talks about her report from Bhilwara in Rajasthan, one of the first districts to go under lockdown in the country. From how the district administration dealt with the situation to the success of the Bhilwara model, she shares details of her impressions as a reporter.

Prateek tells us about his report from Indore on how a misleading WhatsApp message led to an assault of a team of medical and police personnel in Tatpatti Bhakal. The panel goes on to discuss Basant’s report on more than 40 migrant labourers from Bihar, who are stuck in Ahmedabad—helpless, hungry and unable to make ends meet.

This and a lot more as they talk about what made news, what didn’t, and what shouldn’t have.

Tune in!
