The pop culture podcast that isn’t afraid to pop the bubble.
While talking about episode 4 of the second season of Modern Love:
Rajyasree: Did you watch that? Those two kids? They meet as kids and then when they grow up. That’s a sweet one!
Abhinandan: And they sing Jab hum jawan honge jaane kahan honge.
Rajyasree: Oh, I saw three episodes, not four. Sorry.
Abhinandan: But we are used to you lying, that's okay. You’re basically a dishonest person. In your reviews...
Rajyasree: In my romances also. Unlike in Modern Love, where nobody lies...I just felt it could’ve been better but okay.
Abhinandan: Like this podcast?
Rajyasree: No. This can’t be better, I’m telling you. This is as good as it gets.
Abhinandan: Oh, damn! I’ll just shut down Newslaundry and go home now.
Rajyasree and Abhinandan burst out laughing.
This and a whole lot of other stuff awful and awesome as Abhinandan Sekhri and Rajyasree Sen discuss film Cruella; season 2 of the anthology series Modern Love; Netflix docuseries Untold: Caitlyn Jenner, and Zomato commercials.
