Hardika Dayalani

Hardika Dayalani is an assistant policy researcher at RAND. She previously worked with a non-profit in India implementing post-displacement housing programmes and researching sustainable building technologies in rural India. Dayalani has an MPA from the University of Pennsylvania and a B Tech in ocean engineering and naval architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
